Welcome to AspireLeaderPro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all offerings provided by AspireLeaderPro through the website AspireLeaderPro.com.
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all coaching engagements, digital materials, and physical items offered by AspireLeaderPro. By engaging with any service, purchasing any product, or accessing any digital content, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Coaching Services
Business coaching services include one-on-one and group sessions, workshops, and personalized mentorship programs. All sessions are scheduled in advance and require allocation of expert time and preparation.
Coaching sessions are non-refundable due to the reservation of professional resources. However, you may reschedule a session at no extra charge if you notify AspireLeaderPro at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To request a reschedule, please use the Contact Form.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable guides, e-courses, and other intellectual materials. Purchases of digital products may be eligible for a partial reimbursement within 14 days of acquisition, provided that less than 50% of the content has been accessed.
To request a reimbursement, please submit your request through the Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Physical Goods
Physical items such as books, workbooks, and training kits may be eligible for a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is sent back in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items back.
Once AspireLeaderPro receives and inspects the sent back item, the reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please submit photo evidence via the Contact Form. We will ship a replacement or issue a reimbursement at no additional charge.
5. Reimbursement Policy
All reimbursement requests must be submitted within the timeframes outlined above. Reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method. Rescheduling options apply only to coaching services and must be requested at least 48 hours prior.
For premium coaching packages that involve upfront commitment of expert time and resources, no reimbursement is available. This policy ensures that coaches remain dedicated to your scheduled engagement and preparation.
